Louisa Butler is the heart of the Hero Finance team, bringing over 45 years of customer service excellence and deep industry wisdom to her role as Executive Assistant to the Director. Louisa’s journey in banking began in 1980, spending 15 years within the sector before transitioning into specialised bookkeeping and office management. Joining Hero Finance in 2020, she now utilises her extensive background in the mechanics of the industry to ensure the office runs at peak efficiency and every client feels prioritised.

With nearly half a century of experience in supporting people through major life decisions, Louisa is a true believer in the power of old-school service. She views herself as an active partner in the client journey, serving as the vital link that keeps the process moving forward. For Louisa, the most important part of her role is ensuring that no client is ever left wondering where they stand. She provides the consistent communication and proactive updates that allow the team to move with “speed through experience” while maintaining a deeply personal touch.
