One of the most significant is the First Home Buyers Assistance Scheme, which provides a full exemption on transfer (stamp) duty for properties valued up to $800,000, and a concessional rate for homes priced between $800,000 and $1 million . This can save you thousands of dollars, reducing the overall cost of your home purchase.
Additionally, the First Home Owner Grant (FHOG) offers $10,000 for those buying or building a new home valued up to $600,000, or a house-and-land package worth up to $750,000. These incentives, combined with our expert guidance, ensure you're maximising all available benefits.
