How Deposit Bonds Work
Let’s say you’ve got your finance sorted, but not the deposit. We’ll help you prove your funds are coming — and the bond provider issues a digital deposit bond to secure your purchase. All you pay is a small fee (typically between 1%–1.3% of the deposit amount).
💡 Example:
You're purchasing a $750,000 property and need a 10% deposit ($75,000). You don’t have it upfront, but you have an approved home loan with a Family Guarantee. For a 6-month deposit bond, the fee might be around $975 — no need to borrow cash from Mum and Dad.
